Motor City pairs a calm, green neighbourhood with quick roads to the rest of Dubai. Its homes run from apartments to family villas, set among landscaped parks and built around the theme of the racing circuit.

The building takes its lines from the curves of the Dubai Autodrome and from water falling in steps. Balconies sweep around every floor, and the building wraps its podium garden in one long curve.
A double-height lobby, a cascading water feature at the main entrance and double-height shops make up the ground floor. The first floor holds the podium amenity deck and the three- and four-bedroom duplexes. Corner homes with plunge pools sit on the 4th, 6th, 10th, 12th and 14th floors, and the penthouses on the 15th, beneath the rooftop amenity deck.

Amenities climb the whole building: the lobby on the ground floor, a podium deck on the first, a sky garden on the twelfth and a rooftop club with the infinity pool, the gym and the spa.

Floors are laid in matt Versace Ceramics, and a Versace strip marks the front-door threshold. Bathrooms carry Versace Ceramics on the floors and walls, with brushed-copper fittings, a round rain shower and German-laminate vanities.
Kitchens have European appliances built in: a gas-on-glass hob, a gas oven with grill, a microwave, a refrigerator and a dishwasher, under Italian porcelain counters. A Philips smart lock opens the front door, and floor-to-ceiling windows light the living rooms and bedrooms.
