Privacy
PropRealm is responsible for the personal details described on this page. Every form that asks for your details also shows its own notice beside the box you tick, and that notice is the one you agree to.
What PropRealm keeps
An account: your email address, your name, the role you choose and, if you add them, your company and your city, to run your account and the services you use on it. They are kept while your account is open and deleted when you close it, except where the law requires a record to be kept.
What you add while using your account, such as deals, contacts and listings, is held to run those services for you, and appears to others only where you choose to share or publish it.
A waiting list: your email address, to tell you when the platform opens to your group. It is kept until you ask for it to be removed, or until PropRealm has written to tell you the platform is open.
Beside it, PropRealm records when you agreed, which notice you agreed to, the network address the sign-up came from, and the campaign tags of the link that brought you, if it carried any. That is the record of your consent and of which link reached you.
None of it is sold or disclosed to anyone else. The lawful basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form.
Signing in with Google
If you choose Continue with Google, Google tells PropRealm your name, your email address and your profile picture. Your email address is how your account knows you. Your name and picture are stored with the sign-in record, and nothing on PropRealm uses or shows them.
PropRealm asks Google for nothing else: not your contacts, your calendar or your files, and it cannot post or send anything as you. You can remove PropRealm from the third-party connections in your Google Account at any time; your PropRealm account stays, and you can sign in with an emailed link instead.
Cookies
PropRealm sets cookies only to keep you signed in. Public pages set none, and the site carries no advertising or analytics tracking.
If you use the brochure page in your account, the phone number and email you print on it are kept in your own browser, never sent to PropRealm.
Who runs the service
The site runs on Vercel. Accounts, sign-in and the records behind them are held in Supabase. Google takes part only when you choose to sign in with Google.
Your choices
You can withdraw your consent, close your account, or ask for a copy of what PropRealm holds about you, or for it to be corrected or deleted. Write to hello@getproprealm.com.
