PropRealm takes property to market, and brings the market with it. Every project on the platform has one verified record of what is for sale: each unit with its source, its date and how far it can be trusted. Every deal is built to keep one record of who did what, from first enquiry to signature, added as it happens and never rewritten. Agencies and agents, in the UAE and beyond, sell from those two records on one platform. What PropRealm publishes will come from them: how enquiries are shared, what a sale costs, and how each month went.
How PropRealm is paid
Agents and agencies pay for platform products, and pay partners directly for production. Developers pay for campaign software and strategy in their own account, for cost-per-sale reporting and, in time, for taking whole projects to market. Buyers pay nothing.
