Enquiries come in only through PropRealm's own pages and research, never through unnamed forms. Every form names PropRealm as the company responsible for your details.

If you ask to be contacted, the form is built so that your details go to one licensed brokerage, to reply to you, and to nobody else.

Many brokerages use the platform, and none of them owns it.

The developer pays the broker directly; PropRealm invoices for the platform.

The rules that decide which brokerage receives an enquiry will be published.

Every enquiry records the page it came from, the campaign, and the consent wording shown at the time.
