Corrections
Errors are corrected visibly, never silently. Each correction is dated, logged here and noted on the piece it changes.
The policy
- A factual error, a misread figure or a broken source is corrected in the piece itself, and the piece's updated date changes.
- The correction is recorded below with the date it was made, the piece it concerns and what changed. Nothing is deleted from the log.
- A source that has moved or been withdrawn is replaced with the authority's current page, or the figure is removed and the removal noted.
- Wording changes that do not alter a fact are not logged.

How to report one
Write with the piece's address, the sentence in question and, if you have it, the authority page that contradicts it. Every report is answered.
