How the records work
Every unit shows how far its availability can be trusted.
Every unit, graded.
- Developer-confirmed
- Document-backed
- Reported
The weak grade is shown too.
Developer-confirmed
the sales office confirmed it this week.
Document-backed
from an official price list or launch document, dated.
Reported
from a portal or an agent, shown as such.
The grade rises as confirmations arrive.
Every enquiry is built to keep a timed record of five steps: captured, qualified, routed, presented and closed. Each step is added by the person who took it, at the moment they took it. Nothing is ever edited or deleted; a correction is added as a new entry.
Five events, written as they happen.

Append-only. A correction is a new entry; nothing is edited, nothing is deleted.
A record kept from the first enquiry is evidence. A record pieced together later, once there is money to argue about, is only a claim.
Every member sees their own contributions, closings and payouts in full.
