Production terms
Dispatch, delivery and settlement rules
- A job is offered to one vetted vendor at a time, for 24 hours; if they pass or the window closes, it goes to the next.
- The vendor with the highest score for that craft is offered first; a city match comes before the score; among equals, the one with fewer open jobs.
- The client never sees the vendor and the vendor never sees the client: the brief and every note carry no name, number or address.
- A job's price is never below 2 times the vendor's rate; a job that cannot clear the floor is not offered.
- Delivery is due within the craft's days of acceptance; a fix asked for by the client is due within 2 days.
- Payment to the vendor falls due 15 days after the client accepts the delivery; it is recorded here, never moved here.
- A vendor that declares itself a brokerage is not vetted; a vendor never touches an enquiry, a client record or activity records.
